Account Executive (SaaS Construction Solutions)

Work Arrangement: 9 to 5 EST.

Job Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor.

Salary Range: Up to $1,800 per month.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.

Locations: Hybrid, open to candidates in Bogotá, Colombia or Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Role Overview

As an Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding the company’s footprint in the competitive US construction market. You’ll manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and demoing to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and showcase the product’s transformative impact will be critical to your success.

You’ll play a critical role in accelerating growth by increasing subscription rates, streamlining user adoption, and contributing directly to the company’s mission of empowering construction professionals to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Cycle Management:
    • Own the end-to-end sales process, converting leads into loyal customers.
    • Conduct engaging product demos that highlight the platform’s value to contractors.
    • Craft personalized proposals that address client-specific challenges and goals.
  2. Pipeline Development:
    • Identify new opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
    • Maintain an organized and dynamic sales pipeline using HubSpot.
    • Drive top-of-funnel activity through consistent and strategic outreach.
  3. Client Success and Collaboration:
    • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention.
    • Work closely with Customer Success and Product teams to provide feedback and improve the user experience.
    • Actively contribute to the development of sales strategies and playbooks.
  4. Performance Tracking:
    • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs, including quotas, retention, and customer satisfaction scores.
    • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize sales tactics and close rates.

Must-Have:

  • Product-Obsessed: Passionate about the app and its potential to change users’ lives.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, VoIP systems, and product analytics software.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: Hustle, grit, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with a neutral or stateside accent.
  • KPI-Driven: Consistently hits or exceeds targets in previous roles.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment and is eager to roll up their sleeves.

  • Expertise with CRM optimization and analytics tooling.
  • Proven success in driving early product adoption in emerging markets.
