Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll & HR Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process multi-state payroll across multiple companies using Rippling
• Coordinate employee benefits and onboarding processes while maintaining accurate employee records
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and generate necessary reports for audits and year-end processing

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in U.S. payroll, including multi-state processing
• Deep knowledge of Rippling and familiarity with NetSuite
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance and benefits administration
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with HRIS and finance systems
