Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the requisition kick-off process and collaborate with hiring managers to establish interview strategies
• Transform job descriptions into targeted advertisements and utilize sophisticated sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Drive the interview process, manage stakeholder expectations, and mentor junior team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of recruitment experience or 8+ years of recruitment experience without a degree
• Advanced experience managing a complex recruitment life cycle in an ATS, preferably Workday
• Proven experience in candidate evaluation and assessment across various domains
• Advanced knowledge of modern recruitment practices and technology
• Expert stakeholder management skills with a consultative approach to influence decision-making
