Oversee HRIS-related projects, managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely delivery within budget
Manage HR data accuracy and compliance, developing reports and analytics to support decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
7 years of experience in HRIS management, including full system replacement and project management
Experience with SuccessFactors, specifically in Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, Recruiting, and Compensation modules
UKG Pro WFM experience required
3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
