We are looking for a focused and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR Team. As a member of Nagarro's Talent Acquisition team, you’ll help discover and develop our most important resource: our people.
The primary focus is to attract, source, select, and onboard the best candidates according to hiring plans with overall responsibility for driving best practices and maximizing competitive advantage. The secondary focus is on the other HR processes and internal engagement initiatives.

Here in our remote office in Poland, you'll immerse yourself in the dynamic world of digital product engineering, helping us discover and develop our most valuable asset: our people. With more than 18,500 talented experts spread across 35 countries, our culture is built on collaboration and innovation. In this role, you will be the driving force behind attracting, sourcing, selecting, and onboarding the best candidates to align with our strategic hiring plans. Your expertise in end-to-end recruitment will be invaluable as you manage roles from the engineering side to non-engineering positions. You will utilize diverse channels to unearth top talent, ensuring our internal Applicants Tracking System is always up-to-date, and establishing high-quality relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders. Of course, there’s more to the role than just recruitment — you will also collaborate on HR projects and contribute to our branding initiatives as we continue to grow and shape our company’s future. If you have 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience in a multinational company or agency, possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and thrive in an agile environment, we want to hear from you!
