California Licensed Therapy Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Therapy Leader (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and support therapists by keeping them informed on policies, procedures, and performance standards
• Engage in recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring new hires succeed
• Facilitate consultation groups and monitor therapist performance, providing feedback and conducting evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Active California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Clinical Psychologist (PsyD)
• At least 2 years of licensure with a minimum of one year in a supervisory role in a clinical setting
• Experience in training new therapists on clinical protocols and processes
• Availability for 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM, PST
• Access to reliable internet while working remotely; experience with Google Suite is a plus
