Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Branch Field Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates for the branch
• Manage the interview, selection, and hiring process while ensuring compliance with employment laws
• Provide guidance and mentorship to new originators and promote related content on social media

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or human resources
• 2+ years of recent experience in a recruitment role
• Functional knowledge of applicant tracking systems/HRIS preferred
• Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws and EEOC requirements
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in handling sensitive information
