Our client is a US-based land asset management and global real estate investment company focused on pre-development land in the path of growth. Founded in 1979 and with more than 45 years of experience, they currently manage US $3.33 billion of real estate assets on behalf of investors from more than 83 countries.

Due to their continued success, they are looking to establish support to their Real Estate Coordinators in the US and are seeking a Proactive and Brilliant Associates who can help them organize and develop internal real estate process.

Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

Associate Coordinator is responsible for providing essential administrative support by managing and organizing real estate documents, scheduling meetings, maintaining property databases and updating of property listings, creating marketing materials, supporting transaction processes including contract preparation, managing leases, and closing procedures, conducting market research, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, while also helping to resolve any issues that may arise, all of which contribute to the efficient functioning of the real estate team and the successful completion of property transactions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • PowerPoint presentations as part of the admin support function.
  • Managing the consolidation and organisation of Walton’s filing system.
  • Coordinating, tracking, and verifying inputs for company systems (e.g., CE) to support the transition to an automated system.
  • Tracking leases, property taxes, and home sale closings.
  • Conducting quality assessments and quality checks to cross reference proformas with Purchase and Sales Agreements along with other internal reports.
  • Acting as a liaison between the North American Real Estate team and Asia, assisting with investor notifications and project updates.
  • Conducting Market Research and gathering relevant data to support the Acquisition and Asset Management teams in decision-making.
  • Tracks project progress, including budget and expenditures, and ensure alignment with financial plans.

Must-have Skills/Qualification:

  • Minimum of 2 years of administration experience or education with Business Administration background
  • Experience in Real Estate or Finance is highly advantageous.
  • Basic Understanding of Financial Concepts including cash flows, key return metrics, and stress testing to evaluate investment performance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail oriented and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt in different work environments
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate data.

Proficient with MS Office and Adobe applications. Works well with others
