WinnCompanies is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Oakwood Apartments, a 241-unit affordable housing community located in Moreno Valley, CA.
In this role, you will support the Property Manager in managing all aspects of the community, including leasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, service requests, and customer service.
Please note that the pay range for this position is $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
