Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:
As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible in providing comprehensive administrative support, including email management, task prioritization, meeting minutes, form completion, and general office tasks. Also support training schools by managing schedules, coordinating enrollments, booking rooms, preparing resources, updating websites, and ensuring data accuracy.
