Responsibilities

  • Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values
  • Prepare necessary paperwork, such as contracts, leases, and closing statements
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties
  • Display and market real property to potential buyers

  • Previous professional work experience
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to attend both in-person and online meetings and classes 
  • Pleasant, friendly and trustworthy
  • Computer savvy
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
