We are looking for an experienced eLearning designer, developing content in Articulate. Working with blue-chip clients developing beautiful high end branded content with voice. The candidate must have good graphic design skills working from client style guides and brand guidelines.

A passionate eLearning developer with solid demonstrated Articulate 360 experience (Storyline & Rise) as well as sound graphic design skills. You understand the eLearning development process needed to create inspiring learning experiences for our clients. You are both self-motivated and team-motivated, with essential planning skills and a keen eye on quality assurance and problem-solving.

WHAT WE NEED

A skilled eLearning Designer/ Developer who can create interactive eLearning content with voice over and assessments. We will provide the storyboard and you must have the skills to turn that storyboard into an interactive eLearning module using voice over, text, images video and assessments. All our work is high end branded eLearning, so the candidate must have good graphic design skills working from client style guides and brand guidelines.

• OH&S Training

• Product and Service Training

• Processes and Procedures

• Customer Service and Sales

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create interactive eLearning content with voice-over and assessments.

• Turn the storyboard into an interactive eLearning module using voice-over, text, images video, and assessments.

• Work with client style guides and brand guidelines.

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

• 2 years of working experience in being an eLearning Designer

• Advanced Skills in Articulate

• Good design and branding skills are essential

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

• Portfolio of work with visual proof of the above skills

• You will be efficient in your time management to ensure outcomes are achieved within required time frames and budgets

• You will be an excellent communicator, being able to extract knowledge and subject matter from the client and translate information into learner-friendly resources.

• Your literacy skills will be exemplary, ensuring grammar, spelling and comprehension of materials are correct.

• You will have excellent IT skills to facilitate the creation and amendment of electronic resources e.g., Word, PowerPoint and excel Developing Content in Articulate.

• Photoshop Skills.

• High-level design skills.

• Gamification/Quizzes.

• Very proficient in English.

• Developing eLearning.
