Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Operations Manager to enhance the efficiency of their contracting process.

Key Responsibilities

• Map and document the end-to-end contracting process and standardize templates for faster negotiations
• Define and track KPIs, build dashboards for real-time visibility, and prepare performance reports for legal leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline contracting processes and train non-legal staff on contract intake

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in legal operations, contracts management, or project management, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector
• Proficiency with CLM tools, Salesforce, and BI dashboards
• Strong project management capabilities; Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification is a plus
• Analytical and highly organized, with a focus on business enablement
