Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance and Privacy Analyst to develop and coordinate a compliance and privacy program.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance and privacy audits and risk assessments, making recommendations based on findings
• Develop and manage policies and procedures, ensuring clarity and compliance with regulations
• Investigate privacy violations and coordinate responses to compliance complaints and incidents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, privacy, or related fields
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA and related compliance standards
• Proficient in drafting corporate policies and procedures
• CHPC/CHC certification preferred or ability to obtain within one year of hire
