Legal Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Executive to join their in-house legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts including NDAs and service agreements
• Maintain legal trackers, organize documentation, and prepare compliance reports
• Assist in dispute resolution and support corporate governance for all group entities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B.)
• 1-3 years of relevant in-house legal experience preferred
• Understanding of commercial contracts and corporate laws
• Prior experience or understanding of the crypto, blockchain, and Web3 space is desirable
• Strong organizational and documentation management skills
