Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Corporate Attorney to join their Legal and Compliance Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists with drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial agreements to support sales and operations
• Helps identify, assess, and mitigate risks while maintaining compliance within the business
• Supports the review of corporate insurance policies and the renewal process

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in a U.S. state bar
• General knowledge of corporate law, data privacy, IP law, and employment law
• Experience in contract lifecycle management and legal risk mitigation strategies
• Experience managing commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate insurance matters
• Business acumen with the ability to align legal strategies with business outcomes
