Job Summary

A company is looking for a Counsel, Commercial Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
• Identify opportunities and implement improvements to legal processes and workflows
• Contribute to high-visibility, cross-functional legal projects and manage complex legal problems

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive legal experience, with 3-5 years in-house at a high-growth technology company or reputable law firm
• Ability to operate independently and manage negotiations and projects
• Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements
• Fluency in written and spoken Spanish is a significant plus
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to work with senior management
