Product Counsel (Active US JD)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Counsel to support cross-functional teams in shaping a compliance-first product and operational organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the legal operations team with complex aspects of the shutdown experience
• Advise the customer success team on sensitive legal questions from customers and third parties
• Provide legal support throughout the product lifecycle and ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications:

• JD (US law license, active or in good standing)
• 3+ years legal experience in-house or at a law firm, preferably in legal tech or compliance
• Strong understanding of corporate dissolution, state filings, and fintech regulations
• Detail-oriented with strong drafting skills in legal documentation
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
