Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal - Due Diligence Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive due diligence research and analysis to identify legal, regulatory, and reputational risks
• Oversee and maintain compliance due diligence activities, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption reviews
• Provide final reports with findings and recommendations to business units and support compliance initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a professional environment
• Experience in conducting due diligence or Know Your Customer (KYC) activities is a plus
• Good working knowledge of due diligence and basic understanding of regulatory requirements
• Ability to manage multiple work-streams and ensure compliance protocols are followed
• Self-motivated and well-organized with a high level of positive energy and drive
