Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join their growing IT, Engineering, AEC, and Professional Talent Solutions practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing, evaluating, and managing candidates through the recruiting life cycle
• Providing sales leads to support new business growth and skill marketing candidates to clients
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and partners

Required Qualifications

• A 4-year Bachelor's Degree is desired
• 3+ years of successful recruiting experience in IT, Engineering, AEC, and/or Professional skill sets preferred
• A competitive winner attitude with a team player mentality
• Strong experience with ATS systems and recruiting tools
• Ability to self-manage personal goals with demonstrated time-management skills
