Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Technology Product Manager - Talent Acquisition Module.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and support HR initiatives to enhance employee experiences and business processes
• Design, implement, and optimize HR solutions using expertise in HR systems and best practices
• Lead a high-performing team to achieve strategic objectives and develop a technology roadmap for Talent Acquisition

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in leading HR Technology projects and teams
• 2+ years of experience in Workday Talent Acquisition module
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, human resources, or a related field (preferred)
• Relevant certifications in Workday Talent Acquisition module (preferred)
