Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Administrative Specialist to support LOA and time-off programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review team member leave cases and monitor due dates for timely actions
  • Respond to manager requests and manage status changes in employee records
  • Assist with leave notifications, audits, and ensure compliance with timecard completion
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Leave of Absence administration (FMLA, disability, time-off programs) required
  • Strong knowledge of LOA processes and compliance requirements
  • Prior use of UKG PRO or similar HRIS systems strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
