Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead talent acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a recruiting team to develop and implement a multi-state talent acquisition strategy
• Elevate the employer brand through engagement on recruiting platforms and targeted hiring events
• Design and implement key performance indicators for the recruiting team to ensure alignment with hiring goals

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting, with 3+ years in high-volume call center recruiting
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a recruiting function
• Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations
• Proficiency in using iCIMS Applicant Tracking System and Microsoft Office Suite
