Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Specialist - Talent Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Development team with organizational strategy, projects, communications, and compliance
• Track communications, schedule training sessions, and update internal program pages
• Assist in creating training materials and managing the internal Learning Management System (LMS)

Required Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of related experience
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Prior experience meeting deadlines
• Proactive communication with peers and leaders
