Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve HR functions, creating and updating policies in compliance with laws
• Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, enhancing communication and addressing HR needs
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring staff engagement and support

Required Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in human resources within a non-profit setting
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR policies and systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; master's degree is a plus
• Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with payroll, benefits, and talent management systems
