Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in an HRIS or People Systems role with Workday expertise
• Experience with internal control frameworks like SOX and SOC 2
• Proven ability to deliver analytics connecting People data to business priorities
• Strong process mapping and systems thinking capabilities
• Experience in global startup environments and with Workday security and reporting
