Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition & Recruiting.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate hiring roadmap into a recruiting pipeline and action plan
• Proactively source top-tier DTC/eCommerce talent and develop candidate nurturing campaigns
• Serve as the primary hiring partner to leadership and advise on organizational design and team planning

Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Strong exposure to DTC/eCommerce brands
• Proven ability to source and manage pipelines for executives and offshore talent
• Experience working with lean teams and building effective processes
• Ability to move fast and maintain high-quality candidate experiences
