Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, HR Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR technology, systems, reporting, metrics, and analytics functions to improve HR processes and employee experiences
• Evaluate and oversee HRIS development and selection, ensuring effective implementation of new software or system modules
• Drive digital capabilities within HR and enhance technology use through training and support for new tools and resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science/information technology, human resources, or related field; MBA preferred
• 7+ years of experience in HR technology/digital transformation, including 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Working knowledge of HR data analysis, dashboards, and metrics reporting
• Experience with HRIS systems and reporting; Power BI experience desired
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects requiring cross-functional collaboration
