• Make 75-100+ phone calls daily to recruit advisors
• Commit to a consistent recruiting regimen to attract top-performing advisors
• Articulate the unique value proposition and available systems of the company to potential recruits

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of the financial services industry (preferred)
• Experience in recruiting for Broker/Dealer, RIA, or FMO/IMO (preferred)
• Proven track record in sales or recruiting
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, commission-driven environment
• Self-starter with no phone-call reluctance
