Job Summary

A company is looking for a SuccessFactors Analyst to support and improve HR systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1-3 technical support for SuccessFactors and other HR systems, resolving issues and implementing solutions
  • Manage regular audits by generating reports to ensure HR data governance compliance
  • Monitor and test semi-annual SuccessFactors release functionality and implement process improvements as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience administering and configuring SuccessFactors
  • Experience managing tickets (Tier 1-3) across the platform
  • Strong time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in SuccessFactors reporting, including Canvas or Table reporting
  • Demonstrated accountability and results-oriented approach
