Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Perform searches for qualified candidates using various recruiting resources
• Screen applicants and prepare employment records while informing candidates about opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Experience in executive recruitment is required
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent training
• 8+ years of talent sourcing experience, with at least 4 years at the executive level
• Experience recruiting for engineering talent in the technology sector
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
