Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credentialing Associate to support mental health providers in the credentialing process with insurance payors.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the credentialing point of contact for assigned providers and insurance payors
• Prepare, submit, and track credentialing applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Perform primary source verification for licenses, certifications, and other required credentials

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience credentialing healthcare providers for Medicare and commercial insurance plans
• Hands-on experience with primary source verification and compliance standards
• Proficiency with PECOS and CAQH systems
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
