Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the document management plan, ensuring proper classification, organization, storage, and version control
• Facilitate the document review and approval process, managing access controls to protect sensitive documents
• Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and document accessibility

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in Document Management, preferably within the construction or technology industry
• Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and related document management tools
• Experience working with high-level stakeholders, including executives and project owners
• Strong leadership and proactive approach to workflow optimization
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
