Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Planning & Forecasting Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in strategic planning to optimize inventory across all channels
• Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and implement inventory reduction initiatives
• Manage and lead the inventory team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 7+ years of related inventory management/merchandising experience in a multi-channel environment
• 3+ years in a supervisory role with multiple direct reports
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
• Proficient with inventory management software and MS Office
