Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Vendor Manager, responsible for managing vendor performance and optimizing revenue cycle operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain vendor partnerships to ensure adherence to quality and productivity metrics
• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance using scorecards and feedback mechanisms
• Collaborate with leadership to identify improvement opportunities and implement strategic changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or related field, or five years of healthcare revenue cycle management experience
• Five years of management experience with healthcare accounts receivable preferred
• Experience in managing vendor contracts and workflows preferred
• Knowledge of revenue cycle operations, CPT coding, and third-party billing regulations preferred
• Experience in a large, complex healthcare organization preferred
