Job Summary

A company is looking for a Permitting Manager to drive the approval and issuance of permits from municipalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate requirements to government agencies, homeowner associations, and operations teams
• Ensure permit packages meet customer specifications and assist with version control
• Act as the main point of contact for permit inquiries and provide performance transparency through data tracking

Required Qualifications

• Located in Central or Eastern Time Zone
• 3-5 years of experience in permitting, preferably in public works, utilities, or government agencies
• Prior experience in project management with strong organizational skills
• Able to navigate and resolve objections for prompt permit issuance
• Comfortable with fast-paced environments and managing multiple projects
