Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Management Manager to oversee daily workforce operations and lead a team of analysts and schedulers.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-own and evolve the enterprise workforce strategy and lead capacity planning
• Oversee schedule creation, monitor real-time adherence, and manage staffing gaps
• Lead and develop a team of workforce analysts and schedulers while delivering actionable reports

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in workforce management, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in a veterinary, healthcare, or pet care environment
• Certification in WFM platforms or analytics tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and workforce management platforms
