Senior Manager, Global IST Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global IST Operations, Global Medical Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the operations of the Global Investigator Sponsored Trials (IST) Program, including scheduling meetings and tracking study progress
• Conduct budget negotiations, perform fair market value analysis, and ensure timely processing of contracts and payments
• Develop and review metrics or reports related to the global IST program and maintain communication with internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; a Master's degree in a business-related area is highly desirable
• Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Medical Affairs
• Experience in operations and resource management, including project budget management
• Proficiency with IST-related databases and Microsoft Office
• Ability to coordinate across complex functions and work effectively within a team environment
