A company is looking for a Director, Employee Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage employee benefits programs including health, welfare, and retirement plans
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while providing technical expertise in health and welfare plans
• Oversee communication and documentation of benefits plans, ensuring clarity and accuracy for employees

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; degree in Human Resources or Risk Management preferred
• Minimum 7 years of benefits-related experience required
• Comprehensive knowledge of health and welfare plan design and relevant legislation
• Experience managing large-scale health and wellness plans for 5,000-10,000 employees
• Progressive leadership experience of analysts and administrators required
