Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter, GTM to join their Go to Market team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement talent acquisition strategies in collaboration with hiring managers
• Source and manage candidates through the entire talent acquisition process
• Organize marketing campaigns and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Experience in sourcing candidates and managing the interview process
• Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Work authorization in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
