A company is looking for a VP of Talent to lead global Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Own global talent strategy from workforce planning to succession
• Lead and coach HR Business Partners to act as strategic partners to the business
• Oversee worldwide recruiting to build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HR, with global leadership in Talent Acquisition and HRBP functions
• Experience supporting a distributed workforce of approximately 1,000 people
• Proven ability to inspire, influence, and deliver results
• A builder's mindset with the capability to scale programs globally
