Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Business Partner to drive people-focused strategies and solutions within a business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish partnerships with employees and management to communicate HR policies and regulations
• Serve as a change agent to drive strategic growth plans within the business unit
• Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a Business Partner role
• Experience working with senior management and translating strategy into execution plans
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Preferred: PHR or SHRM-CP certification
