Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding
• Source and engage top technical talent using various tools and outreach strategies
• Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements and maintain organized data within the ATS

Required Qualifications and Key Competencies

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focusing on technical roles
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing passive technical talent
• Strong understanding of technical roles and evaluation of relevant skills
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment supporting multiple departments
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS
