Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy aligned with business needs
• Lead and coach a talent acquisition team to ensure exceptional candidate experiences
• Utilize metrics and insights to evaluate hiring performance and inform decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or related field preferred
• Minimum seven years of experience in sourcing and recruitment, with at least four years in leadership roles
• Proven success in leading recruitment strategies in high-growth organizations
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and compliance frameworks
• Experience in the Healthcare industry strongly preferred
