Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter to support hiring needs during a busy recruitment period.

Key Responsibilities

• Review resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions
• Conduct phone screens to evaluate applicants against role requirements
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with selected candidates

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recruiting experience with a focus on prescreening and high-volume hiring
• Proven success recruiting for call center or customer service roles (required)
• Mortgage or loan industry recruitment experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and ability to utilize ATS tools effectively
