Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR and Talent Operations Project Manager to accelerate recruitment efforts across key operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and candidate profiles
• Manage and monitor the recruitment process in collaboration with Talent Acquisition, ensuring alignment with internal procedures and timelines

Qualifications

• Proven HR experience at the Manager level, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong understanding of operations, supply chain, sourcing, and quality functions
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Experience working within structured Talent Acquisition processes and systems
• Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; Bachelor's degree preferred
