Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with 3+ years focused on engineering leadership roles
• Proven ability to run bespoke search strategies and utilize sourcing tools effectively
• Experience with org chart mapping and building high-conversion leadership pipelines
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Data-literate, leveraging metrics and trends to guide hiring outcomes
