Global Mobility and Immigration Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Mobility & Immigration Lead to manage global relocation and immigration programs while providing expert guidance and operational management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs and large-scale projects related to global mobility and immigration
• Build and maintain partnerships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Manage end-to-end case processing for global mobility and immigration matters, ensuring compliance and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Political Science, HR, Business, International Relations, or Law
• 6 - 7+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, and/or relocation management in a multinational environment
• 2 - 3+ years of experience in vendor management with a proven track record of achieving results
• Strong knowledge of international immigration laws and global mobility policies
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and advanced skills in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
