People Technology Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Technology Specialist to manage and optimize key HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert and primary administrator for assigned HR systems
• Lead the development and deployment of system implementations, enhancements, and updates
• Analyze system usage and performance, providing actionable insights for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR Technology with knowledge of various HR Tech platforms
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong experience with timekeeping/WFM systems
• Experience with HR reporting and dashboards
• Experience with UKG and/or ADP Lyric is a plus
