Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of internal recruiting experience in a high-growth startup environment
• Experience hiring for GTM roles such as Paid Media, SEO, and Retention
• Proven track record of delivering a positive candidate experience
• Experience with recruiting tools like Pinpoint and/or Ashby is a plus
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt in a fast-paced environment
